If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a medical professional myself there are a few things that catch the eye. The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and attentive from the time I walked in up to the time I walked out. Not only did Dr.Knox really dive into my records and make sure everything was understood correctly but she immediately went into asking the bigger picture and really understanding the complexity. The office assistant Tori also did a very good job of making sure all the correct information was in the chart to relay to Dr.Knox and was eager to learn about a condition not often seen. Great job with the lab draw as well, first stick one and done! No rushing or pushing from anybody I encountered. Overall fantastic experience!

The Staff, everyone was polite & friendly which makes it a relaxing environment also the wait time is the best out of all the clinics I have been to. I really appreciate that. Dr.Knox, is very very good, she is kind, patient and explains everything to you. She is knowledgeable & will recommend testing with you based on what she sees with you. She wants to give you the best health care to keep you healthy & to make sure nothing is missed so it won't end up being something that you waited to long , to late. Example she noticed a spot in my throat, and really recommended me to let the ear nose & throat specialist to look into it. I seen them and declined a procedure they recommended, she talked with me about that & showed me I really should have it done to be on the safe side. So I am going to have it done. Thank you Toria for showing your patients how much you care. Your one of the best !

I had the best patient experience at Seven Peaks that I’ve had in a long time when visiting a doctor’s office. I’ve struggled to find a primary care provider who feels like the right fit—until now.
I came in to establish care, knowing it had been a while since I’d had labs done and that it was probably time. From start to finish, every part of my visit was pleasant. I was warmly greeted at the front desk, and since I had completed my paperwork ahead of time, I was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful mural in the waiting area.
Dr. Knox was incredibly kind and thorough. She truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns—big and small. She offered thoughtful recommendations and educated me on a few health areas where I had little to no knowledge, which I greatly appreciated. Even though it was the end of the day, and I’m sure the staff was ready to head home, no one made me feel rushed or like a burden. Instead, they made me feel welcomed and cared for.
Dr. Knox also recommended a tetanus shot, which I was due for, as well as a few additional lab tests. I appreciated this proactive approach—if I’m already giving blood, I want to make sure it’s as comprehensive as possible.
Now, I have a lot of anxiety around shots and blood draws due to childhood trauma, and I was honestly dreading that part of the visit. I usually pass out from the stress. But this time was completely different—it was, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had with a shot and blood draw. And that’s all thanks to Ms. McKenzie and Ms. Tori. -
Very kind people!
